I am unable to create my password
If you are struggling to create your password, try using a “@” symbol as a special character or use [email protected] You can then change your password within edit account > change password. Our password policy is at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 special character and 1 number.
Course set up pending
Course activation generally takes at least 3 working days from the voucher redemption date. Please write to [email protected] if you have been waiting any longer than the above time-frame.
Exam booking process
Please write to [email protected] once you are ready to take your exams. Our team will then take you through the booking process.
I am unable to redeem my voucher
Copy the voucher code and paste it into the redeem voucher field (this can be found by clicking the redemption link shown in your confirmation email). If you are still struggling to redeem your course voucher, please email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
I would like to cancel my course
Sorry you’re having second thoughts. Make sure to check our refund policy to see whether you qualify for cancellation.
